Our Health Club Class Timetable

We are excited to announce that we are slowly reintroducing fitness classes back to our leisure club. Find out more below about the classes that are available. Pre-booking is required and spaces are limited. Members can book online using your online MemberZone.

Monday:

9.30am - 10.30am: Spin

Cycling class indoors using endurance to build up a sweat.

9.30am - 10.30am: Pilates

Method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements.

6pm - 6.45pm: HIIT Step

High intensity step and circuit class.

7pm - 8pm: Pilates

Method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements.

Tuesday:

6pm - 7pm: Circuits

Interval training workout with bursts of intense activity and rests of lighter activity.

7pm - 8pm: Female Defence Workshop

This class aims to educate, train and empower you in all situations.

8pm - 9pm: Street Smart

Combining fitness with music.

Wednesday:

9.30am - 10.30am: Pilates

Method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements.

10.45am: 11.45am: Tai Chi

Combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements.

6pm - 7pm: Body Balance

A unique workout which incorporates Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to help improve flexibility, build strength and leave you feeling relaxed and calm.

7pm - 8pm: Spin

Cycling class indoors using endurance to build up a sweat.

Thursday:

9.30am - 10.30am: Dance & Tone

A fun overall body workout to music, designed to burn calories and tone arms, abs, thighs and bums.

6pm - 7pm: Circuits

Interval training workout with bursts of intense activity and rests of lighter activity.

Friday:

9.30am - 10.30am: Zumba

A fun class that mixes body sculpting movements with latin american dance steps.

Saturday:

9am - 10am: Bootcamp

Interval training workout with bursts of intense activity and rests of lighter activity.

Sunday:

9am - 9.45am: Spin
