For a £20 fee at the time of booking give yourself the peace of mind of being able to cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Simply select the ‘Booking Flexibility’ in the enhanced section in our booking engine.
My therapist, Danika, was very professional and thorough. I'd chosen a full body exfoliation with back, shoulder, and neck massage, and she applied the right amount of pressure that I'd asked for and checked a couple of times that it was OK.
Just got back from the 2 night spa stay. Great value, lovely rooms, food in the evening was delicious, lots of choice at breakfast. Wonderful staff really friendly and polite and always on hand to help.
The facilities are fantastic and the staff are absolutely wonderful. Every member of staff gives 100%, they are so friendly and helpful, and work extremely hard. The facilities are well maintained, especially the spa area, and the treatments are divine.
I chose a back massage and was allocated the lovely Lily, she went out of her way to make me feel relaxed and at ease. It was so perfect we are booking to go again very soon.
As part of an overnight stay I had a scalp shoulder and neck massage by Lily. She was so friendly and welcoming from the start and the massage was amazing. I cannot recommend enough.
