What are check in and check out times?
Check in is from 3pm. If you arrive before 3pm we can store any luggage for you. Check out is by 11am.
What is the cancellation policy for rooms?
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly or contact customer service. Alternatively, you can cancel your reservation online.

Do you have accessible rooms?
We do have accessible bedrooms.
As an overnight guest can I use your spa facilities?
All residents have full use of the facilities and can make bookings for any spa treatments or packages they would like.
Are pets allowed?
Yes but you'll need to pay a £20.00 non-refundable deposit. Your dog has be a medium build or under and weigh under 10kg. Maximum 2 pets per room.
Is there complimentary car parking?
Yes, we have 400 complimentary car parking spaces onsite. Vehicle registration is required at check-in.
What payment types do you accept?
The hotel currency is the British pound.
We accept Mastercard, Maestro/Switch, AMEX, Visa and Visa Debit.
What is your swimming pool policy?
Our supervision policy requires 1 adult per 2 children in the pool at any time, and over 16 years old in the fitness area. All children under 16 must be supervised at all times by an adult over age 18. Last entry to the pool is 30 minutes prior to the displayed closing time.
What is your smoking policy?
We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. A charge of up to £250 will be applied for smoking in a non-smoking room. Please ask the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.
