Went for a wedding anniversary dinner and overnight stay. 14 of us in total The events organiser Coleen was absolutely brilliant helping us to plan all aspects of the celebrations - nothing was too much trouble for her and the evening went off without a hitch. The food was great and staff were all marvellous.

Here for a golf weekend with my friends, very good facilities and even better dining. Served by Tanya and was great helping us with menu choices, food was served to us in a timely manner and with a friendly and polite attitude.

Thank you to everyone (especially Mathew and Alex) for making my (and my 39 guests) Ganstead Park GC captains annual weekend away very special and memorable. Every detail covered from arriving to finishing .

We have used Forest Pines for a number of professional meetings, and each event has been managed exceptionally well. The entire process has always run smoothly, making things much less stressful for us and giving us confidence that our staff are well looked after and have everything they need. Ellie, in particular, has been highly professional throughout. From the initial booking through to the conclusion of each event, she has maintained excellent communication and ensured that everything ran seamlessly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ellie and the team at Forest Pines to others and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Very helpful and attentive and nothing was too much trouble for Gracie G. There were a party of 16 of us and the service was very good. Made the evening a much more enjoyable experience. Food was delicious. Cannot fault anything.

OMG the service in the restaurant was amazing from Nikita. From start to finish it was amazing being greeted quickly, nothing was too much trouble speed of service was good and well in time with us to be able to have a drink and some olives, then the main course came and WOW the guinea fowl was beautiful. We would have loved to stay for dessert but we were so satisfied with the starters and mains we had to pass this time! Don’t tell the other half but might have cheese and biscuits in the room. 5 stars all day long!!

All the staff very helpful and lovely. The food in the restaurant was extremely good. Recommend the guinea fowl, although all the food was amazing. Nikita was so friendly, very helpful and very efficient. Will definitely come back again.

Lovely stay. Only troubling experience is with one particular breakfast staffer. A young tall (blond ponytail) lady whom I found to be a little too bossy. Your breakfast seating area is large enough with a variety of seat placing. She insisted that a be seated on a crowded bench huddled together like a school hall mess she imagined she presided over, as head prefect to her pupils. Paying guests are not her pupils and a little flexibility and friendliness to offer an alternative would have gone far. Instead, I kept receiving the side eye from her for taking another table which opened up, thankfully just as she chased me off the fancy tables supposedly designated for another group who probably only would have arrived much later. I peeked inside the second dining area and noted even more free tables so there was really no need for the Mrs. Rottenmeyer treatment. I finished my meal in ten minutes flat and left. Conversely, the tall brunette at the bar front of hotel worked the lounge area offering people drinks with a kind smile and friendly service showing it can be done!

Fantastic on all levels. The courses were great, OK it needs rain on the fairways, but the greens were superb. The hotel was the best we have stayed in on a golf break. It was our wedding anniversary and we booked an upgrade. We were thrilled to be given a suite !! The food was wonderful and we were well served by Gracie G who looked after us very professionally. I mean Soft Shelled Crab and beautifully cooked Guinea Fowl and Lamb Rump, we were delighted. I can't recommend Forest Pines enough and we will be returning.

We recently stayed at Forest Pines and had an enjoyable experience overall. The highlight of our stay was the excellent customer service, especially from Nikita in the restaurant. She was warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome and ensuring we were well looked after throughout our meal. The only disappointment was the food. I ordered the fish and chips, and unfortunately, it wasn't as good as I had expected. While it was edible, the quality didn't quite match the standard of the service. That said, the outstanding hospitality, particularly from Nikita, made a real difference to our experience. Great customer service is hard to come by, and she is a real credit to the team. I hope the kitchen can improve to match the excellent level of service provided by the staff.

Lovely hotel and spa facilities. Friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Food was amazing. We also got 'guest of the day' which included a free upgraded superior room with robes, coffee machine and a complimentary mini bar, and a free drink each at the bar which was a lovely surprise and made our stay extra special. The treatments was great. We got evie and she was lovely, and very knowledgeable about the products.

I stayed here for my first sola spa night and I really have not a bad word to say. Lovely room, tasty food, friendly staff, quick service and beautiful spa area/treatments

My third stay at this hotel which I use for my carer brake. Stuff for welcoming friendly and helpful. Spaces and comfortable I was using the accessible room and it had all the time needed. The main reason I choose this hotel is Rick Ross of the dining I have intolerances and allergies and the chef and their team are always more than accommodating helping me eat out where I can't normally do so. Pre-booked food that is amended to suit my allergies and intolerances attention to detail on the day and double checking everything with maybe for it served which makes me feel really safe. Shout out to Tanya and Matthew will both have made by stay restful and they both did it with a smile and enthusiasm. The stuff are a credit to the hotel.
