The team at Forest Pines were very helpful, pleasant welcome and polite. I had a treatment at the spa, therapist Mary did a great facial so I'd recommend her. The food at breakfast was excellent however the evening meal was average and expensive. We had an overnight spa so there was £35 food allowance each, I had the steak pie, very average with not much steak, my friend had the steak which again was average. The room was spacious but dusty in the bathroom in places (room 108) and some maintenance id needed to the guttering outside the window - it was raining and the noice from the gutters which are probably blocked, resulted in a poor night's sleep. The pillows were also poor quality. To claim this is a spa, I think it not accurate, as there's a pool, a jacuzzi, steam and sauna so that part is more like a leisure centre. On the whole it was ok but I'm not sure I'd return.

Yet another very enjoyable stay at Forest Pines. Staff are very friendly and a special mention must go to Alex in the restaurant who, as usual was particularly nice and helpful. A gentle soul!

Came here to treat my mother to a meal. We sat in the lounge which had a lovely calm atmosphere and very comfy furniture. We were served by Yasemin who provided exceptional service with a smile and answered any question we had and seemed very knowledgeable. The food was also exquisite and the gluten free options were impressive. Everyone left happy and we will definitely return. 5 star service

Room was clean but technical issue with towel heater. No heating in the bathroom was a surprise for me at this time of the year. Breakfast was very good. Kitchen and service team in restaurant was very good! => Alex supported us most time at dinner, she made a great job! Very professional and on the point

It was my husband's birthday and the hotel gave him some extras which was appreciated The food was good and wine lovely. The lunches were excellent

Lovely weekend at forest pines with the hubby, All staff were lovely, meal was nice too. Hubby enjoyed a round of golf and I had a relax in the spa. My treatment from yvie was great. See you again in August.

Lovely stay for a business trip at the forest pines resort. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. My room was cold at first but this was sorted very quickly. The room was clean and well kept. I would suggest better pillows to make it more comfortable but other than that no issues. The food was fantastic. Breakfast was nice in the morning and both the lounge and restaurant had lots of choices and good quality. I would like to give a special mention to our waitress Alex in the restaurant. Exceptional service and good knowledge of the menu. The gym is really good with plenty of equipment to choose from but it can get busy. All in all a good stay! I would recommend.

Me and my sister in law had Signature Spa Day at Forest Pines, wow! The staff made our experience so special, from arrival at 9am we were greeted and supported by Danika who showed us where the pool etc, gym and relaxation room are. I chose the Elemis face and back ritual, it was incredible!! Macy was just amazing, best massage I have ever had! My sister in law loved her massage too. The lunch was lovely in the hotel restaurant, halloumi Caesar salad and a gorgeous brownie, I didn’t ask the waitress her name but she was so smiley too. The staff made our experience wonderful, thank you all xxx

Leading up to my partner's 50th birthday, we decided on a last minute one night getaway, and have always wanted to try Forest Pines. We weren't disappointed. Helpful staff as soon as we walked through the door, everywhere was clean, tidy and comfortable. A choice of the regular bar area or you can try the golf club area which overlooks the beautiful golf course. We used the restaurant for our evening meal, the food was great, made even better by the young lady serving us, Alex, who surprised my partner with a tasty chocolate brownie, on the house, as a little birthday treat. Breakfast the next morning was just as tasty. We'll certainly be back, thank you Forest Pines.

This is a wonderful hotel. We received a very warm, friendly and professional welcome from Coral on reception and had a large, well-equipped room which was spotlessly clean. Breakfast next morning was copious with a huge variety of breakfast items and really friendly service.

Lovely hotel, restaurant and gym with really helpful staff. Sylvia at reception was really helpful from checkin to helping me reprint a lost room service invoice.

Been here for a 2nd time. This time for my 50th. The staff where fantastic. Especially, Beth who decorated our room and wrote me a card. To Coral and Alex downstairs been so helpful and accommodating. They really did make my 50th surprise even better. Room was clean and lovely, we had evening meal and breakfast. The food was lovely. While there we had a spa treatment. It was so relaxing. The only negative, which is not the hotels fault. Was the children, which meant round the pool was hard to relax. However, 5 stars still from me and my partner. Thank you everyone x

Fab hotel! Really well located, just off the motorway but somehow is still very peaceful and relaxing. Great spa and gym/swim facilities. We upgraded to a superior room which I would highly recommend, they are so spacious, modern and well maintained. Elona our housekeeper did a great job. Ros on the bar was friendly and helpful, as was Coral on reception. The food in the restaurant was excellent (rump steak is a must!) and our server Alex was excellent, really chatty and made great recommendations. As we came for our anniversary the staff made sure our stay felt extra special with a note and special sweet treat in the bedroom. Will 100% return!

I’ve had a fantastic experience at Forrest Pines Health Club. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and there’s a really welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into making sure members feel comfortable. A special mention has to go to Chantelle, who is absolutely brilliant. She’s always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Whether it’s offering advice, helping with equipment, or just greeting everyone with a smile, she really goes above and beyond to make the experience better for members. The rest of the team deserve credit too. Everyone is approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to providing great service. It makes a big difference when the staff genuinely care about the members and create such a positive environment. Overall, Forrest Pines Health Club is a great place to work out and relax. With excellent facilities and such a dedicated team, it’s a health club I’d happily recommend to anyone.
