Lovely place to stay and wonderful staff . Especially Brooklyn in the bar , she was so helpful in ordering the food

We had a lovely meal in the lounge, Anna was our server and she was fab, super friendly and handled all our allergy requirements fabulously.

The thing that has prompted me to leave a review is to say how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout our stay. The accommodation was lovely, we had a suite, and the menu had an excellent range of food choices and was all delicious. We came for the golf and that was really good too.

Really good stay the food was amazing the hotel was massive and the person who served us (Anna) was lovely and kind the golf course is good to play on aswell and amazing service from the lads in the golf shop thank you for amazing service.

Recently stayed at the Hotel, the room was lovely with everything needed, nice and clean. We had a spa treatment and restaurant booking in with our package and neither disappointed us, we left the spa feeling very relaxed (floating on a cloud), and our evening meal was superb, Tanya our waitress was amazing, she made sure we were well looked after. Then in the morning we had a lovely breakfast before departing, we left feeling relaxed, energised, and stress free, Thank you.

Stayed overnight for business, pleasant room. Due to location chose to eat in the restaurant. We had Lovely food and was taken care of by Nikita who was attentive and friendly , was she was an excellent waitress who added to the dining experience .

Went for a golf society golf day and had good, friendly & efficient service at the Pines Bar from Mandy

Fantastic stay, fantastic course and we were really well looked after by a lovely waitress in the restaurant by Emily W!

I ate in the restaurant and as well as the food being delicious, Tanya the waitress really enhanced the experience with her friendly smile and excellent service. The food was on time and all courses were served at the same time as the person I was dining with, which I really appreciated. Thank you Tanya!

We are staying for a few days and used the Grill restaurant our 2nd night. We had a lovely meal in the Grill and were served by Emily who was extremely courteous and friendly and very attentive given it was a busy night in the restaurant. Meals arrived quickly too. All in all a lovely experience and will use the Grill restaurant again during our stay.

Lovely hotel - excellent golf (if you want to play) lovely food in the restaurant and a shout out to Tanya for her excellent service with a smile.

Had a lovely meal in main restaurant on Monday 27th July food and service were top notch and reasonable prices. Experience was enhanced by our waitress Emily who was attentive and efficient through out and really friendly. Had a similar experience the previous week when our waitress was Tanya and was a reason for our return. Hopefully will be back soon.

Had the pleasure of being looked after by Anna in the bar. She was super friendly and a real credit to the hotel! Well done Anna.

We live close by the Forest Pines and pop in for a morning coffee now and again with our well trained black dog. The lounge area is a good size and is a very pleasant place to relax. We have come across good staff and some a bit miserable. However today the place was busy and only one person was running the whole show. She was fabulous; big smile, cheerful, efficient and keeping everyone happy. Who was this wonderwoman -- ANNA. She deserves a commendation from the management team.

The gents enjoyed their two rounds of golf, while the ladies relaxed and enjoyed treatments in the spa. A lovely setting for a one night staycation.

Staff = all excellent Rooms = ok but some rooms are VERY far from reception or spa. Some rooms no AC. Not all rooms had usb connectors or all lights working. But comfy bed. Can say this as we changed rooms on arrival Breakfast = spot on Dinner = overpriced and small portions. Our 70 quid allowance in our deal could not cover the food bill. £12.50 for 3 scallops and £35 for lamb shank and veg. Golf = Excellent (did not play this time but have played there before Bar = Good range of drinks Treatments in Spa = wife loved them Spa = pool good temp as was jacuzzi. Small sauna. Overall we had a great stay.

Has a superb afternoon at Forest Pines . Special shout at to the bar lady Mandy who was lovely and went above and beyond .
