Good couple of days at forest pines on a stay and play. Nice new golf bar, served by Amy. Helped us both days to change dinner times, thanks Amy!

We have stayed at a few Q hotels and this wasn’t one of our best ones. Room was clean but very cold , we couldn’t get the heating to work and asked reception if someone could look at it , we were given a small electric heater. Hotel is pretty much on its own on set back from a very busy main road with nothing in walking distance . We ate in the hotel both evenings , restaurant staff were very pleasant. The first evening we had the pies which were very small and covered in a lot of reach gravy, which came out about 5 mins after ordering,we both had funny tummies the next morning. The following evening I had the chicken burger and hubby had the fish and chips which were both good portions and very tasty. They do need to change the menu up a bit as we have had these meals over the last couple of years. Breakfast was self fertile and lovely on both mornings with really friendly staff The pool was very nice and the changing rooms were very clean

4/4/26- 20:30- The food was really good and nicely presented. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience. Special mention to Tom & Fluor at the cafe lounge next to reception. Thanks Tom for being ever so helpful - really appreciated.

Atmosphere was brilliant. A very clean and tidy hotel. Hotel staff were amazing and the food was also great ! The golf course was in really good condition and a challenging layout. Unfortunately the staff at the pro shop were very rude and unhelpful. They came across extremely condescending when enquring about tee times and the course. I have played all over the world and never been spoken to soo abruptly and dismissive. We had paid for a 3 day package and treat like we had just rolled off the street. Such a shame.

Was contacted day before by Andrea to see if we would like to upgrade , my husband knew it would cost him 🤣🤣 as he’s married to an Andrea ! But she was fantastic x The suite was lovely and they’d put in a nice little touch. Food and staff were great from the front door right through , we were attended in the restaurant by Mia . Gracie G & Brook who couldn’t have done more Our only minor complaint is we went in the bar Sunday afternoon for coffee (Americano) and got 2 sachets with hot water! Nearly 4£ was asking ourselves after why we didn’t go to our room and have the same thing for free ?

Was absolutely an amazing experience. We stayed the night before my mother in laws wedding and the rooms were amazing. A huge walk in shower and a massive bath was in the rooms with comfy beds and clean sheets. Room service was excellent.

We stopped off for the night on the way to the coast (2 adults and 2 children ages 8 and 10), a very modern and comfortable room. Great facilities including a large indoor pool and driving range. Excellent food choices and service in the lounge bar, thank you!

Lovely hotel with clean and quiet rooms always get a good nights sleep here and the food and staff are great. Silvia was very helpful and accommodating on reception.

The spa session with Chloe was lovely and relaxing. Her pressure was spot on and she was so warm and kind. I definitely left feeling relaxed!

Stayed for three nights just before Easter. Room was very nice. Enjoyed the pool facilities. Breakfast was very good and the staff were great, especially Coral on reception who looked after us and was very helpful.

Member of the health club for 2 years and always enjoy coming using the gym and the pool. Kelly is always really helpful on an evening and keeps really busy keeping the club in great condition.

I have been a member of forest pines health club for 17 years and continue to enjoy using the club as much as the day I joined. Special mention to Kelly who always welcomes me into the club with a smile and works very hard to keep standards high. I hope to be a member for many years to come.

Ideal location based for exploring the surrounding area Peaceful location, lovely rooms. Spotlessly clean, food excellent , bar very good, staff outstanding, special mention for Jess in the restaurant so bright and cheerful every occasion.

Food in the restaraunt was top quality and both our servers (Amber M & Gracie) were impeccable thank you both for such high level service!
