I would like to thank the housekeeping team, as we don’t see these staff as often as others, I feel they are overlooked. As a regular guest that leaves in the morning and returns late afternoon to a refreshed room, bed made and fresh towels, I would like to say a big thank you, you do a fabulous job. I would like to say a special thank you to Beata, I’ve been saying good morning to Beata for over two years, she is always busy, she cleans the communal areas of the hotel, she is extremely hardworking, even when saying good morning and passing the daily pleasantries, she never stops. Beata, you are amazing and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for all you do Thank you!!

Highly recommend for a weekend spa break package

Absolutely lovely experience at the Forest Pines Spa near Brigg, we added a couple of very good value for money upgrades such as the room and bucket of beer as it was my fiancé's birthday. We booked the spa weekend break with massage package, never done one before so this was a first for us, clean, professional and couldn't do enough for us. The staff were amazing, also couple of lovely unexpected birthday surprises for her. A massive thank you to all the staff and especially the reception, hospitality and cleaning staff.

We have just spent 4 days at forest pines golf/spa resort as part of a group of Blesma members in a movement and lifestyle break. Our Blesma leaders arrange for Nicki to work with our group( Vetrans with limb loss) this was the first time that she had ever worked with people who have either total loss of a limb or partial limb loss. Nicki observed us all in the gym area doing little bits with the equipment then went away and set out a circuit for the members to follow in the hall. Then the following morning she set us up with circuits in the actual gym . She got all the members involved in the circuits and we all managed to do a whole hour of work out in the gym environment with other users. Yes we were challenged but it showed us that we could still physically use the equipment like others. Then she also done a workout session in the pool with us. It was hard work but it made my husband realise wee simple things we could do back home to continue a healthier lifestyle. We learnt a lot but Nicki also learned a lot about the members who had a limb loss. Would just like to say a massive thank you to her for making it an enjoyable event.

Indulgence Spa experience

I had a lovely spa experience. Julia was so welcoming and the room was relaxing and warm! I had a lovely facial and neck shoulder and scalp massage for the first time of which were both amazing! Thank you Julia :)

What's the nearest train station?

Our closest Station is Scunthorpe Railway Station, 15 minutes by taxi. Reach Scunthorpe in just over 2 hours from London King’s Cross. Liverpool and Sheffield Stations are each about an hour away.

What car parking facilities do you have?

We have 400 complimentary parking spaces available. Vehicle registration is required at check-in. Our car park is open, so please ensure you don't leave any valuables in your car. We also have 10 AC bays and 2 DC bays on site for charging electric vehicles.

Can I use the spa and gym if I’m staying in the hotel?

Guests are invited to use the Health Club facilities on a complimentary basis during their stay, between check-in at 3pm until check-out at 11am.

Access to the facilities is subject to availability and capacity at the time of use.

Spa treatments are available at an additional charge.

Is there a charge to use the health club facilities?

If you're staying with us, you're welcome to use the pool and health club facilities free of charge. There is an extra charge for any spa treatments. (Worth every penny, though, if you ask us!) Spa facilities can only be accessed if you have a spa day booking, you are a member of gym or you have a residential break - we do not offer a leisure facility day pass.
